Boutiquejo “Online Shop”, when referencing Boutiquejo in these terms and conditions we refer to it by using (the pronoun “We” , and its derivatives). When we use (the pronoun “You” and its derivatives), we mean a user shopping from Boutiquejo and buying its products.

In addition to these general terms and conditions, there are other important legal conditions concerning Return policy and Cancellation policy. Agreeing to these general terms and conditions denotes your approval and your commitment to the return policy, which are all part of a legally binding contract between “We” and “You”. “You” must read these general terms and conditions and return policy carefully before buying anything from the “Online Shop”. By clicking “Agree”, “You” accept the following terms and conditions.

“We” reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions and return policy at any time. 1. Contract

The partner to your contract* during your purchase of goods from Boutiquejo “Online Shop” through our website at www.boutiquejo.com, is Jordan duly registered and incorporated at the Companies Controller Department hereinafter referred to as the “We”.

Boutiquejo assumes the validity of information provided by the customer; the customer in return is held responsible for the accuracy of his/her personal information and data required to complete the purchase. The customer assumes responsibility in case he/she provides any incorrect information. Boutiquejo shall not be responsible for invalid and/or incomplete information.

3. The eligibility to order and purchase our products

Unless you are 18 years old or older you may not purchase from Boutiquejo. The delivery address must be in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. “You” should provide a valid email, a cell phone number that you can be contacted through easily.

4. Order to purchase products

 

Please check our “Online Shop” guide for more information about the steps of purchasing our products. Your order represents an offer to purchase products from Boutiquejo. When you order more than one item your order represents a set of offers for each product separately.

Both your act of assigning the webpage, and your personal email, are considered a confirmation for your final order that you have sent to the “Online Shop”. Please pay attention when placing your order, since you may not be able to modify or add any more products after we send you the order confirmation email.

Purchase requisition approval contains the product details that you have ordered the total cost of comprehensive delivery, order number. You should print a copy of these general terms and conditions, along with the return policy, and cancellation policy then keep them in a safe place. 5. Acceptance of the purchase order

Cash on delivery service is provided through Boutiquejo (referred here as “Boutiquejo” with the pronoun “We” and its derivatives) When we refer to the pronoun “You” or its derivatives we mean the buyer of the product and the user of cash on delivery service. ““We” shall remain responsible when providing you with the cash on delivery service.

Before proceeding with the delivery service, “You” must confirm the details of the delivery address, payment method whether by  cash, required goods and required service, we will confirm your order by phone  containing all order details, If we do not receive confirmation by  telephone, or if any information has been changed after confirmation, your order will be directly canceled.

“You” must pay the full value of the order at the delivery date before the delivery staff starts unloading the order. The delivery staff is not allowed to leave/ deliver any products until signing the receipt.

When placing cash on delivery order from “Online Shop”, “You” may cancel your order any time before products are sent to your address. That means if “You” change your mind about your order, or “You” decide for any reason you don’t want it, “You” will notify us by Contacting any of our representatives in Customer Service Center and cancel your order.

If you wish to make a parcel cancelation or make any changes on the order “before delivery date”, the order will be full canceled. “You” must contact one of our representatives at the customer service center to request a new order and a new delivery appointment.

In case you wish to make full or partial cancelation or you find out any defect “after receiving your order”, please contact the customer service center at whatsapp +962 79 562 6007 for return request, it’s not authorized to the delivery and assembly staff to refund any value For the customer after receiving the order value.

In case “You” change your mind and want to make full or partial return “after receiving the order”, “You” must contact one of our representatives at the customer service center to request a return service, if not, you can visit the store.

7. Prices

All prices listed on our “Online Shop” don’t include services such as delivery . Delivery and will be added, if selected, to the total price of your order, as shown on the website.

The price that “You” paid for your products is the price of the “Online Shop” on the day “You” ordered your purchase; unless these terms and conditions stated otherwise.

8. Products & Availability

All products depend on its availability in stock, which means inability to meet your order in case of its absence. Products shown for sale are prone to be stopped from sale either online or in stores at any time. “We” are responsible, in such cases, to pay you back any amount you have paid for products you did not receive.

Although “We” constantly check the accuracy of our stock on the “Online Shop” and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, errors may occur. If “We” discover any stock error with any product you ordered, “We” shall inform you as soon as possible. “We” shall offer you the option of reconfirming your order according to the correct quantity available in stock or to cancel your order if “You” wish. If “You” wish to cancel your order due to incorrect stock data or if “We” fail to provide the product you ordered, “We” shall return your full amount as soon as possible according to our Refund policy, in refund section. In case we fail to contact you using the contact information you provided when placing your order, “We” shall deal with the order as cancelled and the whole amount will be refunded according to our Refund policy in the refund section.

“We” shall deliver purchased products to the address specified in the purchase order. Delivery location must be inside the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan and within the delivery locations specified earlier. The location must be reachable by ground transportation. “You” assume responsibility to be present in the delivery address or location on the date of delivery; “We” reserve the right to check the recipient data to ensure that the customer had received his order.

If “You” are not present in person to receive your order, “You” may assign someone to do so on your behalf. The person you assign must be an adult capable of receiving and to acknowledge the order; “We” shall have the right to rely on his instructions as if it were issued by you.

The delivery staff are not allowed to leave or take any items without having the receipt signed by “You”.

On delivery, please “You” or the assigned person on your behalf must check all products delivered its physical condition and if number of packages are correct. “You” or the assigned person on your behalf must sign the delivery documents, which confirm that the delivery process had been completed, the number of your packages, and that the delivery didn’t cause any damages to your properties, and that the products delivered were “free from any damages” and that you are happy with the service you have received.

If there are any clear damages, missing items, or incorrect items, please specify that on top of the receipt document given to you on time of delivery. “We” will exchange and deliver free of charge incase missing, damaged or incorrect items.

That will not affect your legal right to notify us on a later date once you find any damage on the product later on. “You” must notify us of any products that are damaged, missing, or/and incorrect within a reasonable time after that you get a chance to test your products. If “You” refuse to sign the delivery receipt, it would be considered as refusal to receive the delivery and a consent to cancel the order.

Once you receive your order personally (or by your representative), “You” become the owner of those items and you would be from that time responsible for it. That means “You” will be responsible of any damages or loss that may occur later.

“We” do not deliver any perishable products .

15. Return Policy: “Your right to return”

If “You” wish to return an order, all you have to do is to notify us about your decision. “You” may notify us through the whatsapp. Contact us on this number: +962 79 562 6007.
Please prepare your order number and one of our representatives from Customer Service Center will verify your order details and proceed with your return process.
If “You” wish to return your order after receiving it, “You” have to return the items to us in a period that does not exceed one day from the day you ordered it; “We” have the full right to disapprove the return of any products does not meet the following conditions: returned products within one day must be unassembled and unused, with full original packaging.
To arrange for pick up and return the items you don’t want please call our Customer Service Center on: +962 79 562 6007 and talk to one of our representatives; then request the return. Please prepare your order number and the delivery receipt before placing your call.

17.1 Our Conditions to receive the products

“We” shall receive the products from you from the address where they were delivered originally, and that is according to the following conditions:

“You” agree to give all products you want to return to our representative along with unopened and full packaging.
“You” must sign the return receipt to confirm the return process. The representative will attend to receive products by providing the return document.
If you cannot be present in person to return the products you may assign someone to act on your behalf. Your representative must be an adult, distinctive, able to supervise all products when returned on your behalf, and you agree that we shall have the right to rely on his instructions as if they were yours.

17.2 Refunding your Money

“We” shall receive the products from you from the address where they were delivered originally, and that is according to the following conditions:

16. Protection

“We” shall do our best to have our website free from any viruses; “You” have to make sure to use the appropriate programs and software for detecting viruses and any other malicious content online on your computer or smart phone.

17. Security

“You” are responsible to ensure confidentiality of your login and password, and all other data related to your account at all time. “You” agree to notify us as soon as you know about any suspected or presence of any risk to the security to your account.

“We” shall ensure that “You” consent explicitly (where required) to collection, storage and processing of any data by the PSP (Payment Provider for online shopping). For the purposes of such collection, storage and processing of any data of this kind, “We” shall comply with Applicable Laws relating to personal data privacy.

In case “You” cancel an order completely (total cancellation) 48 hours prior to the date of delivery “the cancellation period” ,”You” would have the right to get a refund for the amount you paid (the purchase price, delivery and assemble fees) only, without the picking fees, unless the cancellation took place within the 48 hours then you may not be refunded with the delivery fees.

If your purchase what is not available, “We” shall contact you to inform you and give you the option of either keep your order or cancel the whole order. If “We” could not contact “You” (or if you don’t return our calls, or we could not reach you) your order will be kept waiting for “You” to follow up for 3 days after the delivery date. After the 3 days your order will be cancelled and the amount you paid will be returned to your account.

Note: The rest of the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be applicable in case of any error in any of them.
